Conditions for Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be able to return the item make sure it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If there is a mismatch in the product that is ordered and one that is received.
If the product has some manufacturing defect.
If the product has been damaged in any way in the shipping transits.
Process for Returning Items
To initiate return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (+91) 462 2331471. In either scenario, please provide your order number and products details of the item you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Bearing the shipping costs will be your responsibility, if there was no defect or damage of the product delivered. We will also enquire if you wish the refund to be done in the original payment channel or not. In case, the refund is to be made on a new method, you will have to give the information during this time.
The item will be thoroughly inspected after we receive it and accordingly you will be notified regarding the refund. Approved returns will be refunded to the payment method mentioned within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
